First post! I recently got a job at a real estate investment firm after being unemployed for 4 months. I am looking to buy a 4plex in the Los Angeles area and was wondering how long of employment duration do i need to get an FHA loan? Also, can anyone recommend any good lenders or multi-family specialist RE agents in the LA area? Thanks
