Best house hack college town?
Looking to do a BRRRR house hack in a town with a good business college and a stable market.
A house hack can be done anywhere but I’m looking for the best of both worlds. A couple hundred dollars of cashflow and a good education.
Has anyone else done this successfully near their college?
So far ASU has been looking good to me?
Any ideas would be much appreciated!
