Dear Readers,
I am around my twenties and have no idea investing in house flipping,although an individual from my school flips houses and he seems to make a lot of money.
I would like to know how much start-up cash is good for HFing,and how to go about doing it.Any requirements needed? And would i need to hire contractors ect...Keep in mind i am a newbie ... Thanks guys.
