Hello BP,

I have finally recieved a decent portion to invest. I am looking to acquire multi family unit is Tennessee. I have been thinking of going to Nashville, Chattanooga or Memphis. I hear good things and hear it can be good for cash flow.

Do you guys know or can suggest agents that would be great to work with someone who still resides in Ca?

Nashville is not too dissimilar from CA markets.  It's expensive (relative to here) and there isn't much cash flow, if any.  Chattanooga and Knoxville offer better cash flow combined with appreciation.  I can put you in touch with agents in Chattanooga but not much help in the other cities.
