Best state for creating an LLC for Fix and Flips

I am looking to do fix and flips in my SDIRA. Because of how  I purchase them

(at auction) the IRA company is saying that LLC is the way to go. What states are best to form the LLC.

I'm thinking Wyoming and Nevada right off the top of my head.
