Putting a wholesale on the MLS ?

For those of you that have gotten a property under contract and placed it on the market for maximum exposure. What was the conversation that you had with the buyer to get them to go along with it? If you haven't placed a wholesale on the MLS, dont respond, if it's not legal in your state, dont respond, it's legal in my state, thanks!

Go ahead, if you can get access to MLS.

Broker will see you're not an agent.  If he has his wits, he'll realize you don't have a listing and he'll call the seller directly and tell him he can get him 15% more than you're paying him.

If you are agent, I'll ask you for 5% and a lot of questions.

Dare you.
