Looking for a GC in Indy
OOS investor looking to find a partnership with a solid GC in the Indianapolis market. I have a property in mind but need someone to take a look to provide rehab costs and start work.

I think you may struggle to get a contractor to check out a property before you are under contract unless you pay a fee.
