MUD Zoning Question in Reno, NV
Hey guys!
We're looking at a property that was once used as a duplex and now is converted to a SFH. We're planning on re-converting it to a duplex again and it's zoned as MUD. I am not quite familiar with the MUD zoning so will it be okay if we convert it back again to a multi-family property?
