Proofing up on a 54 unit
I have a 54 unit under contract and owner wants us to proof up I have several investors interested but am running out of time. ( NOV 15)
anyone have any suggestions / experience with this? I have heard of people charging a fee to prove funds for DP. Id hate to lose the deal because of lack of funds.
also looking for equity and left a message for one of Joe Fairless capitol suggestions tonight. need some help at this point ..
