newbie looking for Houston Market insight
I am new to investing and am hoping to connect with local investors in central texas & Houston region. There's a few new builds i am looking at in Magnolia/Woodlands region for cash flow than equity build. These were brought to my attention by a local realtor and was told due to proximity to Woodlands this new build community is often sought out. Thoughts, suggestions ?
