Hello BP family,

I'm currently looking into purchasing my first out of state investment. I've been researching the Evansville, Indiana area and was hoping I'd find other investors who could recommend GC's they've worked with. I'm open to suggestions for investor friendly agents and lenders as well. I've been able to make contact with a broker and an agent, however, it seems as if the agent is uninterested or lacks the experience working with out of state investors. I've obtained my pre-approval and my ducks are in a row, I just need to get GC recommendations so I can start getting bids on rehab and proceed with the whole process. Any info is greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Mike Garcia

Hey Mike! What are you looking for in a GC? (What kind of properties are you buying, rehab needed, etc?) were not taking on any new investors at the moment with the lack of inventory we’re seeing but glad to connect you. You might find it hard to connect with an agent if you’re just looking for inexpensive areas that are going to always be inexpensive and where at the exit you have to sell to another investor. I suggest good deals in great areas Vs great deal in ok areas for our clients. The great deals always end up turning into negative cash flow from our experience

    Hope that helps,

    Casey
