How to buy an apartment complex

Posted

Is it the same guidelines for buying a primary residence? 3% down conventional etc? or are there many more and different factors. Would I reach out to a different type of loan officer?

Michael, it’s not even close.   prepare for 20-25% down, 5 year balloon, 25 year term.  This changes if it is under 4 units and you devise to owner-occupy one of the units.
