Hi BP,

I'm an out of state investor, interested in buying rental properties in Dallas/Mesquite/Rowlett area of Texas for a 1031

I'm looking for recommendation for Real Estate Agent who is experience working with out of state investor. I will need to lean on him/her to help set up the management of the property as well.
