Financing without W2
Hi all! I am trying to grow my portfolio independent from my husbands name. Loans have been primarily in his name due to him being easily w2 verified. I on the other hand have owned a business and have invested Airbnb income. I am hoping to gain a few more Airbnb’s but want to do this independently and am curious if y’all have any financing advice. Thanks!
