Tenant Eviction liability

Hello,

I'm looking to purchase a property that currently has a tenant. When we purchase the property and provide 60 days notice, if the tenant refuses to move and during that 60 days, they commit a crime or they trip and injured themselves, am I responsible for any liability?

Thanks,
