Looking for a duplex in Rochester, NY
I live in NJ, but my brother lives back home in Rochester, NY. We’re looking to partner up and buy a duplex. He’d ideally live in one side, and we’d rent out the other.
Our uncle has also said he would assist with a down payment. This would be our first property, so we’d love to chat with someone who knows the Rochester market. We feel like we generally know the area from living there for 20+ years, but are eager to hear about areas we may not be thinking about.
