Hi all,

I am really excited about getting into REI. I am currently working on getting my CC debt paid down though I have a good Fico score now. What I am interested in MFH as a Buy and hold investor. I was curious as to what thoughts were for necessary money saved in this market or nearby. Just trying to get a target on what I need to have.
