Need advice Team! Sell or Hold??

Active Duty Military Officer here!
My wife and I purchased a new construction Single Family home in Fayetteville, North Carolina in 2018 . According to Zillow, the home has already increased over $30,000 in value. Complete neighborhood in a military town, so renting the house wouldn’t be a problem.
The home doesn’t have any issues, still in great condition.
We will be relocating to the Northern Virginia (Dumfries/Woodbridge) area in May 2021. A possible option is using the profit from selling the home to go towards a newly built home in the DMV.
My wife and I are seeking advice on if it would benefit us to sell our home or should we hold on to it?
Any thoughts would be GREATLY appreciated!!
