Condo isn't free and clear. The current mrgt is not competitive to mkt w/ rate so low.
We're considering how we can refi dip into the equity to purchase another multi-family unit in the area. What are some of the the requirements of me and/or some of the majors challenges faced during the underwrite for such a goal?
