Loan Minimums in New York

Happy New Year, BiggerPockets!

Is anyone aware of New York lenders that allow loans sizes below $50k? I'm currently considering a couple of properties in the Syracuse and surrounding areas that would leave me with loans at about $43k-49k, with 75% LTV. The $50k minimum is what I keep finding...

I have a portfolio of over 50 properties. Every single one has been purchased for under 50k and are not repair nightmares. The lender I also sent does not have high fees. 20% percent down on singles and 25% on duplexes with a 30 year am, conventional loan.
