I have access to the mls, what are ways I can use it to help me with wholesaling? Along with doing comps?
Also, I was thinking about sending leads to pre foreclosure homes. Is this a good or bad Idea?
Last question, When looking finding a property, how does the tax lien works? what are the criteria of the house in regards to any liens, or other debt that is involve?
