Destin Florida Real Estate Help

I'm a novice investor with three rentals currently under contract (two hopefully closing within the next two weeks). I am considering moving to the Destin, FL area and would like some input from investors, property managers, and agents about what the real estate market looks like in that area. @Gregory Zakas - Destin is a great market to invest! What type of investing are you considering pursuing here?  There's not much in the multifamily space, but the short term rental space is a fantastic source here.  I have a monthly Bigger Pockets meetup in Niceville as well, so I hope to see you there! :)
