How many issues does a home inspector find on average?
once you get an inspection how much damage or issues do they typically find? i.e how many issues does a typical report show? In addition what is the typical cost to fix these issues. I know that these depend on the house, but I wasn't sure if anyone had a general average. For example
"An inspection finds about 20 issues per house, and on average these fixes or replacements can cost about $15,000.00
