who would I partner with if I didn't have POF? I dont know anyone with large amounts of money in my friend group as I am only 21 years old and in college. My other question is, How much would one expect me to pay them if all they are doing is providing a POF and nothing else in the deal?

I’m assuming I will need a partner in the deal, because I can’t even put enough money down on the house for transactional funding.
