I only have 5000$ saved up

All I have is 5000 saved up. I’m 22 and launched my online training business since covid and it has been going really well. Unfortunately, I can’t see myself, in the long run, doing what I’m doing now. I want to be able to secure my future so I stumbled upon biggerpockets and became obsessed with real estate in a short amount of time. I decided I was going to get my real estate license and now I’m in the process of getting it ( waiting for my application from the state to be approved to take the state exam) I really don’t know where to start yet I’m eager to start immediately. Does anyone have any advice that can help me get started with my limited resources? Thanks, A lot!

I’d forget about being a licensed agent that isn’t going to help you much . I’d focus on making more income doing what you can and saving rate at 40-50% of your income to use only to deploy on a rental house
