Any Luck With Condo Rentals?
Hey Ya'll,
I was wondering if anyone has had any luck with condo rentals, (extra points if you're in Houston market). I own 6 units of multifamily but I'm looking at a condo that has pretty decent numbers. I'm not sure how much the value will rise or fall over time with that type of property. Is anyone having success with condos? Thanks!
