FRANCE Buying and Selling
Hello I am looking to invest in some property in France. I am based in Paris but I am open to all of France. I have been here for 4 years and have been looking for the perfect apartment for 4 years. All the houses here are really old, layouts are awful and interiors do not function well. I want to start redesigning apartments and homes and selling them. (basically flipping) I've heard the taxes are a problem here can anyone give me some insight on this. Has anyone here or anyone you know made a profit flipping homes in France?
