How to Find Notice of Default Houston
Hello everyone,
I'm struggling in finding Notice Of Default (NOD) for Houston (Harris County).
From what I've read, before the Notice of sales, the Lender should send the Borrower a Notice of Default and that should be registered as a public record.
On the Harris County Clerk's website I can find the Notices of Sales but nothing on the Notice of Default.
Can anyone help me understand why?
