Wholesale purchase question
This may be a dumb question but when purchasing from a Wholesaler is the assignment fee already in the deal as presented?
For example if a wholesaler is advertising a property as $50,000 or best offer, is the assignment fee inside that $50k for them or is that fee tagged on at closing?
