Joint tenancy in AR question
Hello everyone I’m in Arkansas recently planing on buying a house , would like to use joint tenancy to stare the ownership of the house with my spouse, but she doesn’t work and don’t have credit score. I wonder if that would effect that she become joint tenant or would it effect the mortgage rates we can get ?
