Nyc Would a broker do 20/80 commission split

Ismaili T.

Me and my wife are on the market to buy a home. I’ve decided to get my real-estate license soon to take the school test and state test. Would broker be open to sponsee me and work on deal that is totally expected to happen soon:

1-home purchase of at least 1.8m

2-A multifamily and two family set for rent through broker Possibility to list

3-work out a deal with me since all I really want is buy a property and keep 80% commission

4-I do not want any involvement with his brokerage unless I’m bringing him business.

5- not interested in office fees

Desk fees

Business card fees

Franchise fees

Technology fee

Training fee

Would brokers be open to something like this?

 Hi Ismali,

Those are actually the same company.  Charles Rutenberg rebranded as R New York.  Shoot me a PM, as I have another firm that might work for you.

Best,

Scott
