Searching: Duplex in Downtown Milwaukee
Hello everyone, I am currently searching for a duplex in downtown Milwaukee to househack. Have already been pre-approved and am looking for a place to close on and begin my real estate journey. Budget is between 200-300k. If anyone may know someone with a downtown duplex property please put me in contact. Just trying to get the word out and hoping something will stick. Thank you!

From my experience in Milwaukee if you're confining yourself to downtown it might be tough to find something. I suggest looking at some of the tertiary markets surrounding Milwaukee as well.
