Hi guys. 

I’m aggressively searching for 3-6 units in Southern Maine (Cumberland County)

The market is completely saturated here.


I’ve reached out to hundreds of off market owners none which are looking to sell.

It’s been a pretty frustrating time and I’m wondering if anyone has dealt with something similar that has any advice/leads.
