Mountain STR Location/Networking

Hello BP Fam!

Now that my Austin, TX house hack is sustained, it is time for the next project. I am searching for the best location to setup a STR property in the mountains that I can also utilize from time to time. My only ski trip experience is limited to the Breckenridge area (which is amazing), but I would prefer a location that does not include a 2+ hour commute from the nearest airport. From my short amount of research, I am thinking the Park City, UT area might be a good solution. Any advice from those already operating this model? Any agents or property managers in tourist areas I can connect with? Thank you for tips and guidance!
