Steel Studs vs wood studs vs aluminum studs
I sure that everyone is aware of the dramatic increase in wood and particularly wood studs. Currently wooden studs are twice the price of steel and aluminum studs. Can anyone comment on the pros and cons of each of these building materials? I am actually looking at building some small rentals (I know that is crazy) in east Texas. Thanks in advance.
