1031 Exchange Looking for replacement Property
Hi Folks - Long time lurker first time poster. Have learned a ton from this site and built up a nice portfolio of MF in Kansas City. I put the portfolio all up for sale and have a buyer and am now on the clock to find some properties to identify and thought i'd reach out to the BP Community. I've included a few parameters below that might help.
Budget - $2.5M
Class - C or better
Location - Open, we like Kansas City but manage don't live there so will consider an areas.
Total Units - 20+
