First Wholesale Deal under Contract Pittsburgh

Hello Everyone,

I just got my first wholesale deal under contract in Pittsburgh PA, and I have two questions if anyone could help.

1. Does anyone know of a good Title Company in the Pittsburgh area? 

2. Where do I go on Biggerpockets to Market the deal?
