Potential Land Deal In Maryland
Hey everyone, I've been listening to Bigger Pockets for some time now and really learning a lot and now trying to get my feet wet. This is my first post but I recently I came across a land deal in Accokeek Maryland and I wanted some advice on finding a potential buyer. The property is already under contract, 5.16 acres with land comps showing $115-125k (range between 5.5-7 acres) that sold within the last 6 months. There are properties to the right and left with houses and the property across the street sold within the past 6 months for $550k.
I've been practicing as much as possible but really want to do things the right way even if it means missing out on a little money, the experience is really what I'm after. For anyone interested or who could help, as an investor what questions would you want to know to know if this is would be a deal for you? Also what places could I try poking around in to find more buyers, one thing I heard was to reach out to the local listing agents for similar deals, any other info would really help.
