Pre Foreclosure - Grantor/Grantee
In my county the Recorders Office handles notices of default (NOD). The only information provided is the Grantor/Grantee names. Would it be worthwhile to lookup the names mentioned and reach out? If so, would the Grantor be the person to call about possibly selling or the Grantee? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
