Kitchen Appliance Shortage
I'm rehabbing a beach front condo here in Fort Lauderdale for sale. It is on the higher end and am looking for a stainless steel kitchen appliance set (French door fridge, dishwasher, range, over the range microwave) and having trouble finding a complete set that is available or will be soon. Most places I've checked are stating 30-60 days with no guarantee that it'll be in stock. I found a black stainless set that is in stock at the local store but I'm not sure if that will appeal to buyers. The condo has polished gray with white porcelain tile and white polished cabinets and an overall modern theme
Have you guys seen this issue with appliance availability? What have you been doing? What do you think about blank stainless appliances?
