First storage unit purchase on PEI in Canada. Any tips?
My wife and I are purchasing our first storage unit complex on Prince Edward Island in Canada. It’s our first commercial property and our first property that is not a Residental dwelling. I’m wondering if anyone has and tips or tricks to help us avoid making any costly mistakes? Especially regarding a rental agreement. Any help at all would be gladly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
