Opinions on this property?
Hello guys,
I am fairly new to investing and had a question. One thing about me is that I never limit my options and when I have my mind set on something, I look at every single option I have to execute my mission; BUT I never talk myself out of anything. Right now I do not have a job but have a decent amount of money saved up. I was wondering what is the best way to get financing for this property given my current situation? Also in your opinion is this a good investment? I know its not wise to post about investment deals I find on BP but what's more important to me is that I get valuable feedback. Please let me know thanks
