Calculator for analyzing properties owned outright
We are trying to analyze Trust-held properties to identify the stinkers to sell and the winners to keep. Is it recommended to use the Rental Property Calculator to analyze these properties that are owned outright? Some are rentals while some are vacant. Thanks in advance!
