Buy cash and finance later
What do you guys think about buying rental property with cash then doing cash out loan? Lender is taking long time with no obvious reason and I can not start mortgage process with new lender due to time limitation as I signed contract 4 weeks ago. Of course I did mistake by not starting mortgage process with couple of lenders to begin with.
