This is my 1st post to this forum :-). Was looking to understand what the typical deltas might be between a ClassB retail building vs ClassA retail building vs a classA/ClassB medical office building. For discussion, lets assume a ClassB cap rate of 10%. Looking forward to response.
This really depends on the specific market. What are they selling for? What is the inventory? What cap rate have they recently sold for? Brokers will have this information, sign up for their mailing lists. Larger nationwide brokerages will have quarterly reports they publish that you can find on their websites.
