Investing In Florida
I am currently visiting Florida in hopes of narrowing down which city or area I would like to live in. I am not set on any area of Florida. I would like to purchase a multiunit property so I can house hack however I am not finding many duplex or quads that I can use this concept. Looking for any insight on good areas to look in, up and coming, has good rental potential, safe, easily accessible and travel times to shopping, restaurants, etc are reasonable. I will be here until the end of April trying to pinpoint an area of interest so I can research, drive, walk, and get comfortable with while I am here. Thank you in advance for your insight and time.
