Question about 100% commission split Stuart St James, Inc

I am newly licensed and I am in real estate just for investment/ hobby. So i am looking for a broker that offers a good split. Is there anyone you can recommend? I found this one Stuart St James, Inc but i am not sure if it is legit... 100% sounds too good to be true. thank you!
