How to name your selling price
Hi everyone!
I’m looking to list my first property and have gotten quite a few letters in the mail of interested individuals. I’ve done some research and looked at my Zestimate but we’ve added quite a few updates. I was wondering if there were any other tools, sites, general rule of thumbs, etc... for coming up with your list price.
I know I can contact a realtor to get more comps but because there is already interest in the home I was hoping to do for sale by owner.
