Should I Bring a Property Manager to Showing?
Hello! I'm interested in a property about 100 miles away from me so it'll require a property manager. I'm viewing the property next week. Would it make sense to bring my property manager with me? That way, she can bring another perspective to the table as I evaluate the deal.
Has anyone ever done this? Thanks for the input!
