Hi BP Fam! 

I'm aiming to buy my first multi-family rental property by the end of next year in Green Bay, WI. 

Is there a specific area in Green Bay that is ideal for profitable rental properties? I would be investing long distance as I live in Los Angeles. Very thankful I have family who live in Green Bay and can help me if there are any emergencies. 

Any suggestions or feedback would be greatly appreciated.
